By accessing and using Marte Xp's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Marte Xp provides digital solutions including:

- Micro SaaS development
- Web application development
- System integration services
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Payment according to agreed terms
- Providing necessary access and materials
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Payments are due according to milestone schedules
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Refunds are subject to project agreement terms
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions. Marte Xp retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Marte Xp's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
